The Friends of IREM program is designed to foster professional relationships between chapter members and reputable service providers in the local area. This program offers the service provider community the opportunity to participate in chapter activities, and at the same time, helps chapter members serve their clients and employers via recommendations of quality vendors.

General Information & Letter of Agreement
Thank you for your interest in the Western North Carolina Chapter 40 "Friends of IREM " program. The program offers two levels of participation which are described below:
SILVER LEVEL FRIEND $500.00
- 15% Discount on advertising in the membership directory (this does not include your listing in the directory – published annually).
- 15% Discount on advertising in the newsletter.
- One member of the firm is allowed to attend the bi-monthly membership meetings or conventions (price of the meal is not included).
- Sponsorship of breaks at the educational sessions.
- Use of the "Friends of IREM" logo.
- Participation in the FOI Trade Show.
GOLD LEVEL FRIEND $1,000.00
- Free advertising in the membership directory (this does not include your listing in the directory – published annually).

Principal of firm able to make a five minute presentation to the membership at one meeting each year to discuss trends in their industry and how it affects property management.

Free advertising in the newsletter.

Two members of the firm are allowed to attend the bi-monthly membership meetings (meals included).

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Participation is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Your application, letter of agreement and check will be reviewed and approved by the Executive Council.
A "Friend of IREM" shall be a Friend, not a member of the Institute. Only CPM, ARM, Accredidted Commercial Manager members and AMO member firms may be Members. By signing below, I agree that I shall not hold myself to be a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management or the Western North Carolina Chapter 40, nor shall I use or permit the use of the CPM, ARM, Accredidted Commercial Manager, or AMO designation or any other indication of membership in, or affiliation with the Institute. I understand that, if approved as a Friend, I may use the name Institute of Real
Estate Management and/or its acronym "IREM" only in conjunction with the words "Friends of" for the sole and limited purpose of
indicating that I am a Friend of the Institute.
